For off line applications, this model demagnetizes fitted bearings. It has a conveyor belt, two photocells for the detection and centring of the pieces and a pneumatic cylinder to apply a load during the demagnetization process.

For off line applications, this model demagnetizes fitted bearings. It has a pneumatic system that pilots three functions: arrest, piece transportation into the coil and application of a load during demagnetization.

GDU
Gantry Demagnetizing Unit
For off line applications. Built to demagnetize parts introduced into and extracted from the coil by a mechanical manipulator. It is fitted with a program for synchronising the operations.
