D-F and D-R series
for flexible conveyor lines
The D-F series for FlexLink® and D-R series for Rotzinger® adapt to the conveyer lines of the two manufacturers. They consist of an electronic cabinet with demagnetizing coil and support. The metal components, often rings and bearings, are transported by the line inside the coil. When the piece goes into the coil it is given a demagnetizing impulse without it being necessary to stop the line.

D-F and D-R series - large parts
for flexible conveyor lines
Built to demagnetize large pieces with diameters up to 320 mm. The machine consists of an electronic cabinet and separate coil. The special coil has an independent support and is built to be incorporated in transfer lines. Its structure permits the demagnetization and support of particularly large and heavy pieces. It has two photocells for the detection and positioning of the pieces.
